The place is clean, spent 10 great days here. Staff is attentive, great job everyone. The room is cheap and bright complete with a very good bathroom, a comfortable bed, for example, you can find everything you need. There's views on the mountains.

That the shower wasn't working well in one of the rooms on the first night. However, it was much better the following night in a different room.

Our stay at Thao Nguyen Homestay was exceptional. From the moment we booked, Linh reached out to offer assistance and was very accommodating when we requested changes. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was stunning and just as beautiful as in the pictures. The location was great, the breakfast was good, and the free bicycle rental was a bonus. We had a small issue with the bicycle chain, but the staff refunded us for both bicycles, which was very kind. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, and even had a stunning view of the mountains. The pool was a refreshing addition, and I loved that I could rent bikes or motorbikes to explore the area. The homestay also provided Netflix on the TV, which was a nice touch. The laundry service was quick and they even washed and dried my trainers for me. The breakfast was tasty, and they even prepared a delicious Banh Mi for me to take on my early morning bus to my next destination. I highly recommend this homestay for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities.
